For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Project Manager / PMO - Compliance / Regulatory

In this role you will be apart of the COO department and will be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking the execution of deliverables of assigned program streams, including risk management.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years years experience as Project Manager / PMO within a leading consulting firm in the financial industry - prior experience within a Compliance and/or Front Office role is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the client onboarding process, including understanding of latest regulatory requirements
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong knowledge in drafting a compelling storyline in PowerPoint
  • Strong skills in business analyse and problem solving and to handle multiple challenging priorities
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively support selected streams of the Global Client Onboarding program with a wide variety of activities
  • Actively identifying opportunities to improve existing processes with a focus on control enhancements, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Organising, preparing and facilitating steering committees with senior management members
  • Preparing reports for and presentations to the senior management, the CCRO COO and steering committees
  • Preparing and running workshops and meetings with SMEs, documenting outcomes
  • Interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as international locations
