A well known international organisation based in the Oxford area.

Your new role
The role holder will be responsible for maintaining a robust third party compliance control programme within the business. Identifying internal and external policy changes that could impact the business. This role will manage business partner risk assessments and due diligence requirements, as well as assisting with the implementation, monitoring and review of the Compliance program.


  • Design and implement appropriate and proportionate the third party management systems and procedures
  • Understand the types of business partners and their associated risks to ensure that due diligence is conducted at the appropriate level. Provide effective communication to business partners to ensure that they understand the ethical standards and practices.
  • Ensure mechanisms are in place to identify both internal and external changes in the global regulatory requirements for anti-bribery and corruption.
  • Embed the third party management system within the business and maintain an up to date understanding of the needs of the business in relation to third party management.
  • Build effective communication channels within the business and with key stakeholders to ensure that employees’ ethical understanding aligns with the Compliance Strategy.
  • Maintain third party documentation, ensuring timely updating of relevant information
  • Support the Compliance Manager with ad-hoc projects and investigations.




  • What you'll need to succeed
    • Experience with third party management
    • Experience with Compliance preferred (professional qualification preferred or compliance-related qualification)
    • Good understanding of bribery and fraud risks, and the types of processes/controls used to mitigate those risks
    • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
    • Excellent verbal, influencing, written, and interpersonal skills
    • This role may involve an element of travel overseas
