PwC’s Entity Governance & Compliance (EGC) is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager to lead and help grow its Birmingham team.

PwC’s EGC practice is one of the largest employers of Company Secretaries globally (with teams in over 160 countries) and in the UK (circa a team of 45 spread across UK, Dubai and Poland). Its market leading EGC team specialises in helping clients enhance the governance and compliance of legal entities and their Boards.

The role will include supervising the team in the delivery of client projects and working with our service delivery centre in Poland. There will also be an opportunity to act as People Manager, playing a role in the development and appraisal process of the management team.
