SJC Partners is currently working on behalf of a BIG4 firm in London, UK, who are looking to strengthen their international Capital Markets team due to a period of sustained and continuous growth. They are looking to hire an experienced Audit individual to provide advisory services to clients in compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements during their debt/equity transactions on both the U.S and European funds raising markets.

The successful individual will join the firm’s EMEIA-wide Capital Markets centre of excellence which provides assurance services to clients who are developing and executing transformational strategies, such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) both in local markets and in the U.S. They provide regulatory and reporting support and advice across all jurisdictions in international capital markets.

Applicants must be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with a track record of delivering audits under IFRS.  Experience of auditing US publicly listed companies/PCAOB audits is preferred as is SEC reporting though not a pre-requisite.  Capital-raising transaction experience (IPOs, debt offering in the US or UK) again would be an advantage but not a must.  Given the client facing nature of the role, there will be an expectation that individuals will travel across the EMEIA region (up to 40% of time).

This represents an outstanding opportunity to move out of audit into the advisory space and work with some of the world's largest companies and offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamic world of international capital markets. The team has seen year on year double digit revenue growth and significant headcount increases to stake a claim as number one in its market.

The team is very much open to international applicants and understand the challenges of an international move and will support you and your family with the transition.  Where applicable, the successful candidate will be provided with full relocation support, flights to and from London and assistance with accommodation and all other aspects of an international move.
