For a project at our client ‘s site, a bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Legal Counsel - US Contract Law / Cloud and California Act (6043)

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law (lic. iur./Dr. iur. or MLaw) - with additional training in Anglo-American law
  • Familiar with American law in sourcing
  • Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel, adding value to an organisation through the development of comprehensive contract and legal documents
  • Knowledge of the American Cloud Act and the new California Act is a big plus
  • Strong skills in MS Office tools
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently and to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge in English (oral and written), German is a plus

You Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing Target Operating Model and corresponding supplier contracts
  • Advice on various legal issues relating to American supplier contracts
  • Application of the American Cloud Act and the new California Act
