Compliance Co-ordinator / Administrator Job - Up to £30,000 - Financial Services - South Buckinghamshire

This is a great opportunity for an experienced compliance co-ordinator / administrator to join a leading wealth management provider.

Your new role
The role holder will work closely with the Compliance and Risk leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the department. This will include coordinating and tracking actions against department plans and projects and ensuring that department management is kept up to date with progress and deadlines in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of department meetings, including preparing packs and minuting meetings whilst maintaining department records in line with Group and team process and requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating and pulling together department reporting packs for the Executive Committee, Board and Committee meetings, taking inputs from across the function and ensuring high quality presentation and timely delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally currently be working within a compliance and/or risk team based in a regulated financial services environment. Understanding of FCA regulations would be desirable as would some experience in project work. A strong but flexible work ethic and the ability to engage with multiple internal and remote stakeholders is essential, as is attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Open to some level of travel.
