As the Estates Compliance Manager, you will deliver and implement compliance at Kew and ensure building and services maintenance, facilities management, cleaning, porterage, and office services are maintained at the standards and service levels commensurate with a World Heritage Site of major significance. You’ll deliver risk based assessments, revise procedures, reports and policies to identify hidden risks and non-conformity issues and oversee control systems to prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.

A strong communicator, you will work with colleagues across our two sites, and review and develop the team’s working practices to meet opportunities from compliance, new legislation and client expectations.

Experienced in M&E services & Buildings and compliance within an Estates & Facilities environment, you will hold a technical qualification to HNC/D and have trained and working knowledge of H&S legislations and management in the application of FM Services. You will have in-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations, as well as significant experience of in-house and outsourced estates management service delivery, ensuring compliance.
