IAC are pleased to have taken on a Divisional Compliance Manager role with FTSE 250 business based out of their offices in Singapore. Over the last ten years the business has gone from strength to strength and are widely regarded as one of the leading companies in their sector. The role will be to set up the compliance framework for one of their fastest growing divisions.

You will form part of the divisional leadership team and your responsibilities will include developing the divisional compliance framework including AML, ABAC, data protection and 3rd party compliance. You will also lead the development of the group risk initiatives and building risk registers for APAC business operations. 
In addition to this you will review, monitor and report on the maintenance of appropriate policy and risk databases covering key risks and controls for the Division. The successful candidate will also ensure that compliance policies are clearly defined and mandatory standards are understood for the identification and management of risk across the Division. 

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a minimum of 6 years experience in a compliance or risk based role. This should have been gain in a professional services firm or complex corporate environment. Candidates must have experience of managing complex risk and compliance frameworks and experience across more that one industry is highly advantageous. Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is also highly advantageous but not essential.
