VP - Core Compliance

A leading global banking group whom have committed to growing their European hub in Amsterdam are looking for a compliance professional at the VP (Senior Manager) level to join them in their core compliance division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone whom is looking to take on a leadership role and partner with the business to ensure all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements are met. 

Focusing on Core compliance you will cover both personal and market conduct from an advisory and oversight perspective and ensure that the groups risk frameworks are fit for purpose. You will also be responsible for integrating effective compliance methods into people’s daily work routines. 

As part of your leadership responsibilities you will attend new product committees, liaise with the wider global compliance function regarding specific topics, best practise and provide support to global mandates.
