For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

Junior Regulatory Change Manager - EMEA (6455)

Our client is seeking a talented individual who can be part of a global team implementing a new system and process for the development and maintenance of inventories of regulations and for monitoring changes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of compliance and the regulatory framework in EMEA countries with a background in Law or Economics
  • Excellent written communication skills and competence in portraying complex content in a clear manner as well as interact with senior management
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze a broad range of data
  • Proficient user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and skilled in data analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow up with stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and another European language would be an advantage

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central go to person for all RDT activities in EMEA in collaboration with the EMEA Lead 
  • Support the EMEA Lead in developing a Regulatory Development Tracking governance structure
  • Identifying all EU regulatory developments potentially impacting EMEA locations 
  • Provide guidance and direction in evaluation of events that impact multiple jurisdictions
  • Produce management reporting relating to matters such as outstanding assessments, overdue action plans, volume statistics, etc.
  • Assist the RDT EMEA lead in conducting a review of regulations in all EMEA jurisdictions to identify those that meet the bank’s definition of most impactful
