Do you have experience in the compliance field within the financial sector? Would you like to pursue your career with a hands-on approach within a worldwide actor of the banking world? My client, a worldwide bank,is currently for a hands-on compliance "testing" officer to join its Brussels department. Your tasks & responsibilities - Compliance Officer: -Actively lead the compliance activities to satisfy the mandatory and risk-based requirements for testing. -Define the annual Compliance Testing plan for Belgium that covers the right risks and is in line with the methodology. -Manage successful delivery of the annual plan to the deadlines agreed and the standards defined in the global compliance framework. Lead the culture of execution by example. -Communicate testing results using high quality reports. -Proactively engage with the business to agree issues and remediation actions from compliance activities. Track issues and actions to completion. -Update the relevant tracking system timely and accurately with information on the reviews, tests, checks and their progress. Your profile - Compliance Officer: -You have a university degree in Law or equivalent (by experience too). -You have a previous experience in compliance. -You speak english and are able to communicate in dutch.
