Compliance & Supervision Manager
A significant role is available for a Compliance & Supervision Manager based in London. Search Consultancy is helping a company in the compliance business find an experienced Compliance Manager to join their busy team, and the role comes with a competitive salary up to GBP55,000 and some excellent company benefits including a quarterly bonus.
If you were up and running in this role already, these are some of the things you would have been working on this week:
? Drafting policies, procedures and reports as required
? Producing internal and external reports on FCA policy
? Planning schedules and undertaking supervisory visits of appointed representative firms
? Providing detailed audit reports and feedback to Senior Management
You will also be responsible for the implementation of any requirements of FCA rules and regulations relating to appointed representative firms.
To apply for this role, you will need to have a willingness to qualify up to Advanced Diploma and Fellowship level. It would be best if you also were genuinely interested in this area of work, maintaining an up to date knowledge and understanding of regulatory policies, including Financial Crime Protection, Conflicts of Interest, Personal Account Dealing, Inducements, Financial Promotions and Training and Competence.
The experience and qualifications required for this Compliance Manager role include:
? Understanding of FCA regulations, specifically SYSC, COBS, CONC, SUP and DISP
? QCF level 4 or working towards
? Compliance & Supervision Manager experience, or background in a similar role
? Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders
