A well known financial services provider based in the Gloucestershire area.

Your new role
The role holder will be the first point of contact for Compliance, and financial crime matters across the business including FCA Rules particularly ICOBS, COBS, DISP and SYSC.
Specific responsibilities include: - Conducting periodic reviews as part of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan. - Advising the business on compliance matters including contributing to projects. - Ensuring key compliance reports are submitted to the Regulator. - Reviewing and approving Financial Promotions. Analysing forthcoming regulatory developments and advising on their impact

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a generalist background in compliance within financial services and be open to picking up new areas not already experienced.
Strong report writing skills are essential and the ability to communicate across different departments in the company and externally.
You will be approachable and happy managing your own workload

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. Initially working from home all of the time - three will be a gradual return to the office for 2-3 days a week.
Salary £40-45000 depending on experience plus a range of benefits and generous holiday allowance.
