We're looking for a bright and versatile person to join our team at City and County as a Compliance Manager. Are you conscientious, reliable and can keep a cool head in challenging situations? If that sounds like you, we think you'll fit right in. The role is home based with occasional travel around the UK and a salary of up to GBP45,000.

About you:

You will be committed to continued personal and professional development and use your good interpersonal skills to your advantage.
Ideally you have a degree or professional legal qualification. Familiarity with the health and social care sector would be an advantage.
What you'll be doing:
Running a large care operation carries risks and challenges such as accidents to data privacy breaches, employment tribunal claims and ombudsman's investigations. As our Compliance Manager you will make a great impact by supporting the Director of Policy and Communications with the management of these varied issues. To support you driving City and County's success, you will have access to our solicitors for advice and support.
Legal/paralegal
- Provide contract and commercial legal support
- Assessing and managing legal risks
- Preparation for legal proceedings
- Supporting union negotiations
Compliance and risk management
- Support with meeting corporate compliance requirements

- Support with PR and media
