We are looking for a Compliance Assistant / Administrator to join a strong and highly innovative team. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background within Insurance, Legal or Financial Services. Great benefits and stunning offices based with the City of London!
JOB ROLE: Compliance Assistant / Administrator
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 9.30am - 5.30pm
SALARY: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000
LOCATION: Hybrid role / Mixture of Home working & Office based in London
CULTURE: Professional, friendly and hard working
Key Responsibilities:
Support compliance teams to maintain registers, logs and other records.
To assist in the development of compliance reporting.
To enusre the policies framework is maintained and policies are up kept up to date.
To assist in administering e-learning modules, company licence renewals and applying for licene applications
Follow-up of action points from Compliance Committee meetings.
Contribute to the administrative organisation of Compliance projects.
This is a part compliance / part administration role
Key Skills & Experience required:
?? 2 x A Levels or equivalent - strong academic background is required
?? Minimum of 2 years within a previous administration role, ideally within an Insurance, Legal, Financial services, or compliance background
?? Good attention to detail and be precise in your work.
?? Ability to work well within a team but also be self-driven, organised and self-motivated to deliver planned activities in a timely manner.
?? Strong knowledge of Word & Excel
