SOX Compliance Administrator: We are seeking a SOX Compliance Administrator to work with stakeholders across the business specifically within IT/ technology, to ensure our continues compliance with SOX and COBIT frameworks.

As SOX Compliance Administrator your duties are:

* Work with key stakeholders within Business Units, Internal and External Audit, InfoSec, Compliance and Tech to identify and select processes, systems and policies which require improvement in order to exhibit the tenets of compliance best practice.

* Help measure the effectiveness of the company's system of internal controls

* Support our internal and external auditors.

* Embody Compliance by Design to practice, modernise and automate IT compliance and refresh IT Controls (including those under SOX) .

* Ensure alignment between audit, compliance and technology

* Develop and continuously evolve our Technology Compliance processes

* First point of contact for any Audit and compliance queries/ actions within the SOX framework

* Contribute to the annual SOX process.

* Responsible for reviewing and storing information related to Audit and Compliance

* Keeping updated the central Audit and Compliance repository

* Keeping the Technology Management team apprised of any potential risk or requirements.

The SOX Compliance Administrator will possess:

* A good understanding of the systems and processes for Managing Access and Change controls, Managing IT Operations, Incident Management and Backups

* Experience in tailoring IT controls to a pan-European business

* A good knowledge of the audits and compliance controls

* A proven track record of resolving long-standing issues across various teams.

* A logical mindset allowing a fresh way of looking at current tools and processes.

* Strong communication and coaching skills.

* A good understanding of compliance best practices

* European languages desirable but not necessary
