Risk and Compliance Manager (Remote)

Salary - €80k-€100k (location dependent)

KPP Search is currently working with a global services business and is looking to appoint a Risk and Compliance Manager. Help define the Risk Management framework and implement new policies and procedures worldwide!  

Important: This position can be based remotely in any of these countries: Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to re-design and implement a risk management framework and instil the codes and policies across the business to ensure world-class compliance. You will be working with a dynamic leader who will invest in your development and aid you in progressing quickly within the organisation. This position comes with a high degree of exposure to senior-level management and collaboration with the individuals driving the company toward its objectives. You will require excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working autonomously. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Risk Management processes.
• Support building the internal audit function.
• Design, implement and review policies and procedures across the company.
• Design, implement and review key internal control frameworks.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Internal Audit and/or Compliance experience within Big4 and/or other global companies.
