Impressive, high growth business seeking to appoint a Corporate Governance Specialist to control, oversee and ensure compliance with GDPR, IR35, FCA regulations and Corporation TAX

The role

Taking ownership of the corporate governance and ensuring compliance with all areas of compliance:

Taking ownership of compliance for the organisation

Encouraging compliance

Identifying risk

Creating and maintaining the framework

Ensuring that information is available and people across the business are kept up to date with changes.

Reviewing and ensuring compliance with GDPR, IR35, FCA and Corporation Tax

Undertaking Audits

Reviewing policies and procedures

What you will need to be successful

A demonstrable background and track record of working within corporate governance / compliance role and with responsibility of GDPR already having been gained. A background of working with and dealing with complex compliance regulations

Previous experience with FCA regulations

Ability to working with a multitude of people at all levels across the organisation.
