Banking and Credit Management as part of Link Group are looking for a Compliance Associate who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Compliance Manager in the maintenance and implementation of the Compliance Framework, in particular with regard to upstream risk, oversight of errors and breaches and fitness and probity.

What you'll be doing:

Review and update of Compliance-owned Policies and Procedures (including the Compliance Framework) at a minimum annually.

Complete Horizon scanning activities to identify, track, monitor, analyse and communicate new or enhanced compliance obligations and the impact of such.

Maintain Compliance Universe.

Development of Regulatory Heatmap for monthly Board meeting.

Update the obligation descriptions in the Compliance Obligations Register to reflect changes in regulation, where applicable.

Oversight of the IEB Process, including managing EB's within the Compliance Universe with weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of Consumer Protection IEB's.

Manage the Fitness & Probity process for PCF's including initial appointment, annual due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the screening utilised in line with regulations.

Maintain PCF Register and complete Annual PCF Attestations.

Assist in production of Compliance MI and Reports in relation to your areas of responsibility for the Risk and Compliance Forum and Board.

Input into the development of the Annual Compliance Plan.

Assist in the development and delivery of Compliance training.

Provide ad hoc advice and support to the business as required.
What we're looking for:

Minimum of two years financial services experience in compliance, risk, audit or a control role.

A good understanding of the regulatory codes of conduct application to credit servicing firms.

An aptitude for the compliance discipline being able to effectively identify compliance issues.

Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines while working in a high-pressure environment.

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.

Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
