Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver risk and compliance service offerings, including corporate governance, enterprise risk management, operational risk, credit risk, market risk and regulatory compliance.
• Drive marketing initiatives that provide a perspective and point of view on risk and compliance and promote the employer brand, increase client awareness of competencies and capabilities and generate access to senior client personnel.
• Target specific organisations, in defined sectors, and build relationships with the Executive and Senior Management teams to gain a greater understanding of their business operations, their specific challenges/ issues and potential risk and compliance needs.
• Lead the development of compelling client propositions and proposals that define their situation, associated complications and how we can assist in the resolution through the depth of technical skills and application of tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years (Manager to Senior Manager) experience with operational risk management, credit risk management (consumer or commercial), market risk, quantitative risk management and/or economic capital is preferred. 
• Proven business development and client relationship experience.
• The desire to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment will require a driven mentality and the ability to project manage and execute engagements to tight deadlines.
• Strong IT skills desired.
