A financial services organisation based in Dorset are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join their team and assist the Head of Compliance Monitoring to develop monthly and quarterly management information on all monitoring and oversight activities.

They can offer the successful candidate a salary between £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience, 2 days in the office hybrid working, bonus scheme and private medical care!

Your new role
As a Compliance Monitoring Officer you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Compliance Monitoring to deliver an effective, high quality, risk based compliance oversight and monitoring programme across all Vitality businesses.

As well as:

• Maintenance of a comprehensive Compliance Risk Universe
• Development of a high quality, succinct, timely and accurate compliance monitoring and oversight reports
• Regularly liaise with 1st, other 2nd and 3rd Line functions to disseminate compliance activities, and understand business needs.

• Strong background in compliance monitoring processes
• FCA handbook knowledge
• Competent and highly analytical
• Shows initiative and is a self-starter
knowledge of other regulations including Financial Crime and Data Protection
