A prestigious, international company is looking to grow their compliance team with a Compliance Business Partner. With headquarters in London, they are looking for someone who has at least 7 years’ experience in compliance with a focus on the Financial Sector. They offer a great base salary and an excellent compensation package.
 
Your responsibilities as Compliance Business Partner:

• Create, build, integrate, and manage a reliable, independent compliance function
  • Create an efficient compliance framework
  • Plan and deliver the annual compliance plan
  • Determine the Relevant Business's compliance training needs
• Promote compliance at all Relevant Business levels by working with the company to support it, give advice and counsel based on risk to all relevant parties, and effectively challenge and monitor compliance
• Investigate alleged, actual, or suspected violations of regulatory requirements and ensure resolution
• To support the Three Lines of Defence model and to instil a “compliance culture” throughout the company, collaborate with management in the Relevant Business.

 What they’re ideally looking for in you:

• Excellent understanding of corporate governance and anti-financial crime (particularly AML/CFT)
• A thorough awareness of the regulatory requirements that apply to the investment management industry
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities, with the capacity to interact successfully at all levels to foster a compliance culture that is effective and business-focused
• Commercial awareness
