The Regulatory Change Management Associate serves a key role within the Compliance Regulatory Change Management (RCM) team and plays a vital part in ensuring DTCC's compliance with applicable laws and regulations as they relate to all businesses and functions. The primary focus of this position is to support the day to day functions of the RCM team.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Develops an awareness of regulatory requirements.
Populates weekly reports of proposed changes to regulations and regulatory guidance
Under supervision, reviews weekly reports and daily emails for industry news and information that are relevant to internal stakeholders
Disseminates relevant industry news and information to internal stakeholders
Supports the maintenance of lists of applicable regulatory requirements and commitments (e.g. Compliance's Requirements Library).
Supports the maintenance (including annual refresh) of the DTCC Regulatory Reporting List and associated annual certifications.
Assists in monitoring/tracking deliverables that evidence compliance with a regulatory change
Maintains RCM SharePoint files and folders, RCM Compliance Tracker action items, and assists in the preparation of monthly management reports.
Assists with internal program assessments when required.
Performs other duties as required from time to time.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Talents Needed For Success:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in a compliance or legal role within the financial services industry, with preference toward candidates that have experience reading, analyzing, or monitoring regulations. Ability to multi-task and to adhere to established deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment is required. Strong proficiency with PC based applications including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint. Ideal candidates will also evidence some project management experience.
