Compliance Manager (Contract)

The Audit Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC)* has been mandated by our client, an award winning Pensions Business, in their search for a Compliance Operations Manager on a daily contract rate. 

The business is in growth mode and along with a recent merger, it has recently won a contract for a globally recognized international brand.

The opportunity lies within the Compliance function, reporting into the Head of Compliance, with a dotted line into The Director of Risk. The business is looking for a pragmatic and commercial compliance professional to assist with daily tasks including policy reviews, supporting on regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA), and general compliance activity across the business. 

You will be working closely with the operations side of the business but will have exposure to the wider business, ensuring processes are compliance with regulations. Other areas of focus will include

• Incident Remediation
• Regular interaction with regulator
• Design compliance processes and framework
• Working through Change and BAU

Background Requirements

• Significant commercial compliance experience within a UK regulatory environment
• Exposure within pensions and/or insurance 
• Pragmatic and commercial mindset
• Solution focused
• Relevant qualifications (ICA etc) are of benefit but not mandatory
