Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager

IAC are thrilled to be exclusively partnering with this globally recognised organisation, who are a household name and have a very high retention and rotation/ progression rate.

The Senior ethics and compliance manager will sit as part of the wider Governance team, reporting into the Head of Department. You will be a senior member of the team, and therefore responsible for high levels and complexity of work, with extensive senior stakeholder engagement.

Anti-bribery and corruption, modern slavery, GDPR, trade sanctions and 3rd party due diligence are all areas you will be covering from a compliance perspective.

Possible locations include Atlanta (US), Dusseldorf (Germany), Madrid (Spain), Brussels (Belgium) and Lisbon (Portugal). Flexible working is on offer with 2 days a week in the office and some international travel.

The salary is dependant on the location, but they offer very competitive salaries.

Ideal candidates will have circa 10 years' experience with a background in a practice firm. Ideally in-house experience is needed but they are open to candidates with all professional services. ABC, GDPR and 3rd party DD are all areas you must have audited or worked in from a 2nd line defence perspective.
