Duties:
The successful candidate will have the chance to work for the fastest expanding multi-asset Brokerage in the UK. The role will require the individual to take control of all compliance matters for an expanding company and hold the SMF16 Compliance Oversight and SMF17 Money Laundering Reporting Officer functions. Person will have a Compliance Officer in the team working for them and support from other offices in the Group. Director level position joining the UK Board. Candidate to also take ownership of operational matters for UK office working closely with Sales & Marketing. Exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and get high profile exposure across the organisation. Working closely with the other international offices including the Head Office in Sydney, Australia, Cyprus and Singapore.

Skills:

We are looking for someone with previous compliance experience within the financial industry
Board experience to take on fiduciary duties that are required for a Director & Corporate Governance
Leadership to take control of the Compliance & Operations functions for UK
Who has a proven knowledge of the financial markets in FX & CFD Brokerage
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the FCA Handbook & experience dealing with the FCA and other regulators
Enthusiasm, desire and passion to succeed in the fast moving financial industry
Proactive initiative to use skills to support new product launches and projects on other regions/countries
Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree
10 years+ previous work experience in compliance position in the financial industry, ideally at a FX/CFD Brokerage
Good IT skills & knowledge of MetaTrader MT4/5 platform
English speakers with a second language would be useful, but not essential
