Compliance Business Partner 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working (2 Days WFH) - £50,000 Based on Experience

A financial services organisation based in Dorset are looking to recruit a Compliance Business Partner on a 12 month FTC to assist the Head of Compliance on all regulated matters.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to come in and hit the ground running, working closely with stakeholders and other senior members of staff. In return they can offer the successful candidate hybrid working (2 days WFH), a bonus scheme and a salary up to £50,000 based on experience.

Your new role
As a Compliance Business Partner you will act as the focal point for the business and other key stakeholders imbedding compliance polices and producers in relation to conduct and other regulatory risks.

Other responsibilities include:

• Advice, support, and guide on all aspects of regulation to the business specifically in relation to conduct risk
• Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder management relationships across the business
• Keeping up to date with regulatory change requirements
• guide, coach and provide compliance training to the business and peers on significant regulatory matters

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong FCA handbook knowledge (ICOBS)
• Stakeholder liaison and engagement
• Experience advising organisations on all regulatory matters and changes
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
