Responsibilities:
Dealing with any complaints and updating information accurately
Ensure weekly surveys are completed
Liaise with clients regarding their compliance requirements
Liaise with brokers regarding insurance renewals
Conduct new client due diligence and keep accurate records updated
Deal with any customer complaints or queries effectively
Monitor and maintain the compliance program continuously
Provide administrative support to suppliers such as due diligence
Follow policies and procedures closely and report changes needed
Prepare and modify any documents, memos, and reports
Person/ Skills required:
Experience working in a similar compliance/ administrative role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills
Sound judgement
