We are looking for a new member of the GRC team to help deliver the mission of minimising threats and optimising opportunities that impact Academy objectives. This team is relatively new and is playing a crucial role in driving continuous improvement across the Academy. The four areas of focus for the GRC team are Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, and Internal Audit.


The role

If you have experience with business analysis, risk management, and change management, then we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will help to ensure projects and change initiatives are successful and help to analyse business processes for improvement opportunities. In addition, the main responsibilities include helping teams with risk management, supporting internal audits, and managing your own projects when required. This role will be highly influential across the whole Academy, giving the post-holder great exposure to build their own relationships and make tangible contributions to the way the Academy operates.

Location

Our light, spacious offices are based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline 2 days a week in the office.
